PSA Birth Certificate (Scanned copy in pdf format)
Report Card
1. Complete previous school year
2. First quarter/semester of current year

FOREIGN STUDENTS

Compile clear digital copies of the following:

Birth Certificate with official English translation
Report Card
1. Complete previous school year
2. First quarter/semester of current year
Passport (Bio page and Visa stamp)
Alien Certificate Registration (I-Card)

FOR PRE SCHOOL APPLICANTS

DepEd Order 47, s.2016 requires that Kinder students be 5 years old by October 31st because our school year starts August. We accept younger students for our Nursery level as long as they are potty-trained.
