About Us

ABOUT US

OUR PHILOSOPHY

GCF International Christian School believes in the supremacy of God in all of life and that life is best lived when it is according to His perfect plan. As a Christian school, the goal is to proclaim the Triune God and to integrate the tenets of the whole Scripture intentionally in every academic curriculum, in extra-curricular activities and in the interactive process of learning. Each student is viewed as uniquely created by God in His image to grow in stature, live meaningfully, effectively, and joyously in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). Christian principles and values are promoted in all levels of relationships where the Christian character of goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love are nurtured and encouraged. All these are best attained through a healthy partnership of the home and the school.

VISION

A Christ-centered community of life-long learners who help transform society.

MISSION

To nurture life-long learners who will grow in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52).

CORE VALUES

Faith. Excellence. Compassion.

Faith, compassion, and excellence are our core values. They are the values that are intentionally promoted, ingrained in policies, curricula, methodologies, procedures, and lived by our constituents. Graphically, each of these core values may be placed on the sides of an equilateral triangle. Faith occupies the base (foundation), while Excellence is one side and Compassion on the other. GOD, being the reason for our being and the center of all that we do, is placed at the apex of the triangle, the focus recipient of the core value of FAITH on its opposite side. The SELF, which includes our gifts, our capabilities, and our character, is the focus recipient of EXCELLENCE, while COMPASSION is the value promoted in the way we relate with OTHERS.
